I connect through the Airtable API with a scoped token, sync records to and from your other systems, and add Claude steps where rows need judgement — categorising, drafting, checking against criteria — rather than just moving fields around.

Airtable automations or external workflows?
Simple in-base triggers can stay in Airtable. Anything involving Claude, other systems, or logic Airtable can't express cleanly runs outside and writes back via the API.
What about Airtable's record limits?
I design with them in mind and flag early if your volume is heading toward a plan limit or a migration. The workflow logic sits outside Airtable, so moving the data later isn't a rebuild.
Can non-technical staff still use the base normally?
Yes. They work in views as usual; the automation fills fields and moves statuses around them.
How do you avoid automation loops?
Workflows check what actually changed and use flags to avoid re-triggering on their own writes. I test this against your base before launch.
